I think not! A challenge to the very social fabric!) that was hard to imagine (back in 2007). It will ensure a longer life span for the staff, for sure, but maybe it will just sort the men from the boys, and the hardy will still be out on the streets. Perhaps they will extend bar counters out the doors so people can still stand and have a fag with their coffees. Perhaps tabacs could take a page out of the oyster vendors’ books and move outside... By jove! I've got it! All the seafood sellers and tabacs can have a city-wide premises swap! Brilliant!
